As its name implies, this program helps you uninstall unwanted programs from your system. After installation, the program scans your system automatically and shows all your installed files. To uninstall any of them, you only need to select it and click on the Uninstall or Quick uninstall buttons (the button that appears next to the name of the program depends on the characteristics of the uninstalling functions of each program). Then, if you suspect that the program left some remainings in your system, such as invalid registry entries, you can run the Powerful Scan function, which detects all these leftovers and gives you the option of deleting them or not. The program also has a file shredder, and a toolbar and plugin uninstalling function. This can be useful for uninstalling the extra elements that sometimes install themselves when downloading a program from the Web. This program works faster than other programs I've tried, which is an advantage.

The program's interface can be set in many different languages, so non-English speakers can use the program without any problem.

By default, the installation wizard also installs Drive Booster, which is an additional program. You can uncheck the corresponding box at the wizard's startup screen to prevent it to do so and still install IOBit Uninstaller on your system, or try the extra software and uninstall it later if you don't like it.

Ivan IObit Uninstaller is easily the best Windows uninstall utility I've come across. Browser toolbar and plug-in removal and well-designed interface make it a winner.

Guest #35870184 IObit Uninstaller is a wonderful program that lets you make sure that anything you delete is completely cleaned from your computer system. It's easy to use for those who are computer savvy, as well as for those a little less experienced.

It's a great way to keep your computer in the tip-top condition, it requires you to do some work, but also be in control.

Aashit Sable

Aashit Sable I think, IObit stands on 2nd rank. First is Revo; because of its shell context menu & scanning leftovers of previously removed programs.

Guest #36795852 To a degree I agree but I really like that even in the free version you can batch uninstall apps, I think this option is available in the paid for version, and fair enough.
